Our Area Directors serve as a  Brand Ambassador that provides direction and support to assigned restaurants to meet brand standards and establish performance goals for sales, profitability, guest satisfaction, team member engagement, performance and retention. This includes effective systems and tools utilization, process improvements and leveraging resources. Establishes and promotes area culture as well as systems and processes to build a strong team and retain key talent.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures each Restaurant Management Team consistently provides a quality product and customer service experience that delivers total Guest satisfaction
  • Continuously works to improve the skills, knowledge and morale of General Managers and AGMS/AMS. Works through the General Manager and AGMS/AMS to ensure all employees receive the necessary training to perform their duties
  • Maximizes financial performance and profit
  • Ensures that business and personnel practices are within the law and consistent with Company policies and procedures
  • Models and encourages Company Vision by following our Roadmap
  • Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills; communicates effectively with all levels of internal and external management
  • Attends training to remain current on industry trends
  • Participates in company meetings, webinars and conference calls
  • Performs other duties and/or special projects as assigned in response to changing business conditions and/or requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality or Hotel/Restaurant Management or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience

•Minimum 7+ years of Multi-Unit Restaurant Management experience with direct P&L accountability; with a national chain preferred

•Exemplary restaurant operations leadership skills

•Superior business acumen; including at the market level

•Ability to champion and integrate change on a regular basis
